LogicGateway Path Advisory handles two kinds of information: notes you send through this site, and application-file data you provide under an engagement letter. This notice describes both, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Who we are
LogicGateway Path Advisory, No. 5A Jalan USJ 8/2B, Subang Jaya, Selangor 47610, Malaysia. Email reviews@logicgatewaypath.digital. Telephone +60 03-5638-1636.
Enquiries through this site
The contact form collects your name, work email, organisation, phone number, the engagement you are asking about, and the context you type. We use this to reply and to prepare a sampling conversation. We do not use it to profile applicants or to buy advertising lists. Do not paste identity documents or full application packs into the form.
Engagement files
If you commission a review, you remain the data user for customer application files. We act as a data processor for that material: we read it to produce worksheets and a report, on systems or premises agreed in the letter. We do not use engagement files to train models, to market services, or to contact applicants.
What we collect besides files
Business contact details of your staff, the policy pack, scripts, and meeting notes. These are kept for the engagement and for a limited archive of the report as stated in the letter, usually not more than seven years where professional records require it.
Cookies
This site stores a consent preference if you accept or reject the banner. See cookies. Rejecting does not stop you from reading the site or sending an enquiry.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share enquiry details only with people at this desk who need them to reply. Engagement files are not shared with other clients. We may share information if required by Malaysian law or a competent authority.
Transfers
The desk is in Malaysia. If a secure workspace you nominate stores copies outside Malaysia, that is your instruction and your transfer assessment. We do not move engagement files to a location you have not agreed.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and to record that we declined or accepted work. File copies used in a review are returned or destroyed on the letter’s timetable. Report archives follow the letter.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or limit processing of personal data we hold about you as an enquirer or a client contact. Customers whose applications appear in a sample should direct requests to the commissioning organisation, which remains the data user. You may contact the Personal Data Protection Commissioner if you have a complaint we cannot resolve.
Security
We use access-controlled workspaces and, for on-site work, your environment. No method is perfect. The engagement letter records how copies are handled.
