Each service is a reading of originated files and the policy pack that sat beside them. Fees are informational starting points. There is no online checkout.
Primary engagement
A structured reading of originated buy-now-pay-later files: identity, income, existing commitments, merchant channel, decision, and what the customer was actually shown.

Ability to repay
Whether the file shows a real attempt to judge instalment burden — income, existing deductions, and living costs — rather than a score pass dressed up as affordability.

Checkout and shop floor
Files opened at a till, in a showroom, or by a marketplace seller: consent quality, explanation of fees, and signs that the application was completed for the customer rather than by them.

Why the file went through
Approvals, declines, and overrides: whether the recorded reason matches the policy pack, who changed the outcome, and whether the customer-facing explanation is consistent with the file.

What the customer saw
A comparison of the file’s claimed acknowledgements with the screens, scripts, and documents that were actually in use — including late fees, add-on services, and cancellation windows.

After the findings
Help turning file findings into a workable fix: revised checklists, merchant briefing notes, re-underwriting of a defined population, and a follow-up sample.
